By using the app, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Report inappropriate content or behavior using in-app tools.

Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension.

All trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Local Vibes (Pty) Ltd or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

Local Vibes may create business directory listings using publicly available information to help neighbours discover local businesses.

These listings are not endorsements or affiliations. They are created for community discovery and do not imply that Local Vibes has a relationship with, or permission from, the business.

Business owners or their authorised representatives can claim their page through the app. Claimed pages are managed by the verified owner; unclaimed pages are maintained by Local Vibes.

We will remove, update, or transfer a listing promptly on the verified owner’s request. To claim a page or request a change, contact us at support@localvibes.me.

Local Vibes (Pty) Ltd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or actions of other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for using the app.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., POPIA, GDPR).

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updates will be posted in-app and on our website.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
